ABOUT THE TESTS
There are several international examinations which students could take as part of the requirements for securing, depending on the choice of university and the level of study. Some of the international examinations which we specialise on include the TOEFL, GRE, GMAT, IELTS, SAT 1 and SAT Subject Test (SAT 2).
OUR SUCCES RATES
GRE is one of the most widely accepted admissions tests for graduate and business school programs. It stands for Graduate Record Examinations. It is a standardised aptitude exam with a pre-defined syllabus. It is used for admissions decisions for MBA, specialized master's in business and doctoral programs.
Divided into two categories, The GRE General Test measures verbal reasoning, quantitative reasoning, critical thinking and analytical writing skills—the types of skills required for success in today's demanding graduate and business school programs.
SAT stands for Scholastic Aptitude Test. It is a standardized test with a pre-defined syllabus that is designed to test critical thinking skills, as well as the ability to analyze and solve problems in math, critical reading, and writing.
The SAT is one way to demonstrate a student's competitiveness and their likelihood to succeed in a course, and is one of the several factors that many universities and colleges consider when making their admission decisions alongside high school grades.
The IELTS is a globally recognised English test. Statistics show that over 1.4 million applicants take the test each year to apply for overseas education and employment. Over 6,000 institutions in 135 countries recognise this test.
The IELTS is conducted in over 500 international centres, four times in a month. A number of people from different backgrounds appear for the test, making it one of the most accepted forms of international testing. This makes it imperative for aspirants to plan a structured preparation before taking the IELTS.
TOEFL stands for Test of English as a Foreign Language. It measures the ability of non-native speakers of English to students utilise their skills of listening, reading, speaking and writing and is one of the most widely respected and recognised English-language tests in the world.
Most people who take the TOEFL are planning to study at a university or college where English is the medium of instruction. However, the test is also used by immigration departments to issue residential and work visas, medical and licensing agencies for professional certification purposes, apart from individuals who simply want to assess their understanding of, and proficiency in, the English language.
